Cashzone Payment Submission – Terms & Conditions

By submitting any payment request through Cashzone, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions. These terms apply to all payment forms, including card payments and bank transfer submissions.

1. Nature of a Payment Submission

• A payment submission is a request only and does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or processing.

• Submission does not complete your payment.

• Submission does not pause interest, secure a loan, or guarantee any outcome.

• Only a Cashzone confirmation email indicates a successful payment.

2. Processing Differences: Card vs Bank Transfer

• Card payments may be processed automatically, manually, or delayed depending on verification requirements.

• Bank transfers are not processed instantly — Cashzone must receive and verify the funds before confirming payment.

• Submitting a bank‑transfer form does not mean the payment has been made; you must still complete the transfer through your bank.

• Bank‑transfer submissions will be declined if the incoming funds do not match the loan holder’s name.

• Card payments may be declined if details appear suspicious, mismatched, or non‑compliant with legislation.

3. Processing Time

• Payments may be processed during business hours, after hours, or on weekends.

• No guaranteed processing timeframe is offered.

• Cashzone may delay or decline processing at its discretion or where required by law.

4. Confirmation of Payment

• The only confirmation of a successful payment is a Cashzone confirmation email.

• This email will not contain full card details.

• No tax invoice or receipt will be issued for online payments; only the confirmation email.

• Customers may request an in‑store email copy if required.

5. Payment Amount Rules

• Any amount entered cannot be adjusted, refunded, or accepted if it exceeds the redemption amount.

• Incorrect amounts are considered customer error, not Cashzone error.

• Cashzone will not discount interest or hold a loan due to incorrect submissions.

6. Account Holder Requirements

• You declare you are the account holder, and the payment is made from an account in the loan holder’s name.

• Payments from accounts not matching the loan holder’s name will be declined with no exceptions.

• Suspicious, mismatched, or unverifiable details may result in decline.

7. Allocation of Payments

• If you do not provide clear allocation instructions, you authorise Cashzone to:

◦ allocate your payment based on your prior payment behaviour; or

◦ distribute it across all active loans at its discretion.

• No refund will be provided if allocation is correct according to these rules.

• Refunds will only be considered where Cashzone has made an error, such as accepting a payment after a loan has been retailed.

8. Legislative Compliance

• All transactions are subject to NSW and SA pawnbroker and second‑hand dealer legislation.

• Cashzone may refuse, reverse, or adjust payments to comply with legal obligations.

• Payments cannot be used to obtain cash, pay off credit, or refinance credit using a credit card.

• Any payment appearing to breach legislation may be declined.

9. Security & Verification

• Your email address will be added to your account for security and verification purposes.

• It will not be used for marketing unless you choose to opt in.

• Cashzone will never request passwords, PINs, 2FA codes, or full card numbers in unsolicited messages.

10. Card Processing Fee

• You agree to pay the card processing fee added to your payment amount.

• This fee reflects the actual cost of accepting card payments through PCI‑compliant processors.

11. Fraud Prevention

• Cashzone may decline or reverse payments if fraud, impersonation, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

• Cashzone may request additional verification where required.

12. Marketing Consent (Optional)

• You may choose to receive marketing updates, special offers, and product announcements.

• Marketing is opt‑in only and never automatic.

13. Final Acknowledgement

By submitting any payment request, you confirm that:

• you have read and agree to all requirements listed on this page;

• you understand submission does not complete your payment;

• you understand only a confirmation email indicates success;

• you accept all conditions, limits, risks, and legal obligations described;

• you understand card and bank‑transfer payments are processed differently and may be declined for non‑compliance.
