Shipping policy

We ship with AusPost using their 24/7 parcel locker services; if your purchase is damaged due to delivery mishandling, we will be able to provide you with photos showing the condition in which we send the items and packages. However, items damaged in transit and lost in transit, as it is out of our control, do not constitute a valid reason for a refund, and all issues must be taken up with the delivery service.

If you are choosing delivery as the way to receive your awesome new purchase, please not that we do not ship to parcel lockers or P.O. boxes. Don't forget to let us know if you would like anything extra with your purchase, such as a signature on delivery. All jewellery purchases will have a signature upon delivery: cost covered by us! You are welcome!

All in-store pick up's are under the same T & C's as in-store purchases. Friendly reminder this means no change of mind refunds. Whilst you can return your item in-store we will still need to complete the refund via our online store.
