All our items are tested, cleaned, and reset to factory settings (the same way they are purchased brand new!).

Refund and Warranty Terms and Conditions 

*Warranty is to be assumed as 90 days unless otherwise specified in the item's listing (due to the uniqueness of some second-hand items)  

*Exchanges are not possible 

*Repairs are not possible 

*Change of mind is not accepted

*Item not fitting is not accepted (i.e. Ring with size stated)

*All return requests must be sent with an image of the issue via email to ecommerce@cashzone.com.au

*Buyer pays return postage; items must be in adequate packaging (bubble wrap, etc.)

*Return postage MUST have a valid tracking number

*Warranty only covers manufacturing issues. It does not cover damage caused by couriers or damage created by an individual

*Refunds will be paid once the item/s is returned and checked, it is in its original condition and is factory reset

*If an item is returned and there is no fault, the item will be returned to the original postage address given with no refund issued

*An acceptance email of the return request will be sent as a reply to the original email within 72 hours

 *Once the item is received in the expected condition (as per emails), our team will refund the amount within 72 hours with a confirmation email 

*Any item that cannot be sent, due to reasons beyond our control will not be authorised. If it has been a full refund will be given within 72 hours.

 *All sales are final.
